End User License Agreement

Effective date: September 30, 2026

Applies to all Tesseract Games titles, currently Trivia Go: Quiz Battle.

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Tesseract Games ("Licensor", "we", "us") for the mobile applications published by Tesseract Games (each a "Licensed Application"; currently Trivia Go: Quiz Battle), including their software, content, online services and any updates.

By downloading, installing or using the Licensed Application, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download or use it. This EULA is supplemented by our Terms of Use, which contain the rules for playing, purchases, virtual items and player conduct, and by our Privacy Policy. If this EULA and the Terms of Use conflict on a licensing matter, this EULA applies.

1. Grant of licence

The Licensed Application is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to download, install and use the Licensed Application for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices that you own or control and that are permitted by the rules of the store you obtained it from.

2. Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted by this EULA or by mandatory law, you may not:

copy, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the Licensed Application;
rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, transfer or make the Licensed Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, question database or assets of the Licensed Application;
use cheats, bots, automation software, hacks, mods or any unauthorised third-party software that modifies or interferes with the Licensed Application;
circumvent, disable or interfere with security, anti-cheat, age or purchase features;
remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notices;
use the Licensed Application for any commercial purpose, or in any way that violates applicable law.

3. Ownership

The Licensed Application, including all code, questions and answers, characters, pets, artwork, 3D models, animations, music, sound effects, text, logos and trademarks (including "Trivia Go" and "Tesseract Games"), and all intellectual property rights in them, are and remain the property of Tesseract Games and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved.

4. Virtual items

Coins, gems, chests, pets, avatar items, room décor, lifelines and other virtual items ("Virtual Items") are part of the Licensed Application. They are licensed to you under this EULA and the Terms of Use, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for money or transferred outside the Licensed Application. 5. User-generated content & conduct

Where a Licensed Application (such as Trivia Go: Quiz Battle) lets players choose usernames and send direct messages to other players, this section applies. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post or send content that is offensive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or that infringes others' rights, and to follow the code of conduct. Trivia Go: Quiz Battle filters messages and lets you report and block other players. We review reports, remove objectionable content and take action — including suspending or banning the responsible users — as described in the Terms of Use.

6. Updates & online services

We may provide updates, patches and new content, which may be downloaded automatically and are governed by this EULA. Some updates may be required to continue using the Licensed Application. Multiplayer, social and other online features require an internet connection and may be changed, suspended or discontinued as described in the Terms of Use.

You agree that we may collect and use technical data and related information — including information about your device, system and application software, gameplay and use of the Licensed Application — to provide, support, secure and improve the Licensed Application, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party materials

The Licensed Application may display ads and include software, services or content from third parties (such as game engine components, analytics, advertising and platform services). We are not responsible for third-party materials, which may be subject to their own terms.

9. Term & termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under it terminate automatically, without notice, if you fail to comply with any of its terms. We may also terminate it if we discontinue the Licensed Application. On termination you must stop using the Licensed Application and delete all copies of it. Sections 3, 4, 10, 11, 15 and 16 survive termination.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensed Application is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties and conditions, express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Licensed Application will meet your requirements, operate without interruption or errors, or that defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Tesseract Games be liable for personal injury, or for any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages, including damages for loss of profits, loss of data or Virtual Items, business interruption or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Licensed Application, however caused. Our total liability for all damages will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Licensed Application and Virtual Items in the 6 months before the claim or USD 50. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in this EULA affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Export & sanctions

You may not use or otherwise export or re-export the Licensed Application except as authorised by United States law, Turkish law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which it was obtained. In particular, the Licensed Application may not be exported or re-exported into any U.S.-embargoed country or to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals List or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Persons List or Entity List. By using the Licensed Application, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any such country or on any such list.

13. Apple App Store terms

If you obtained the Licensed Application from the Apple App Store:

Acknowledgement: these Terms are between you and Tesseract Games only, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Tesseract Games, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Game and its content.
Scope of licence: the licence granted to you is limited to using the Game on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the Game may be accessed by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
Maintenance and support: Tesseract Games is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the Game. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services.
Warranty: Tesseract Games is responsible for any product warranties not effectively disclaimed. If the Game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) of the Game to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Game.
Product claims: Tesseract Games, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the Game, including product liability claims, claims that the Game fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
Intellectual property claims: if a third party claims that the Game or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, Tesseract Games, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
Legal compliance: you represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Developer contact: questions, complaints or claims about the Game should be sent to Tesseract Games at support@intesseract.games.
Third-party terms: you must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Game.
Third-party beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, once you accept them, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

If these Terms conflict with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, these Terms apply to the extent permitted.

14. Google Play terms

If you obtained the Licensed Application from Google Play, you also agree to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the Licensed Application.

15. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul, Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts or consumer bodies.

16. General

If any provision of this EULA is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
We may update this EULA from time to time; material changes will be notified in the Licensed Application. Continuing to use it after changes take effect means you accept them.
If this EULA is translated, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
